The 2012 Swamp Soccer World Cup will be held in Inverness, the capital city of the Highlands of Scotland, on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 June. The venue is in a fantastic location, next to the sea but also very close to Inverness Airport.

We believe that our seventh consecutive annual tournament will have the best ever location. Inverness is a fantastic city to visit, and the region is famous for whisky, golf, Loch Ness – just to name a few attractions.

To register your team please follow this link. Teams can book online or offline. Team registration fees are £150 plus vat (£180). Accommodation at our popular campsite is £20 plus vat (£24) per tent per night. So register your team now! Swamp Soccer is open to all adults.

As usual, all teams will play in mini leagues of four, with the winners and best losers progressing to the knock out stages. We will have all male teams, all female teams, and mixed teams. As well as the fun football matches we will have a marquee with a bar and restaurant. We’ll also have music provided by our DJ’s, evening entertainment, hot showers, toilets, free car parking, and much, much more.

Everyone from Hockering FC who was there all agree it has been the best weekend ever – making lots of new friends from all over, playing the funniest football ever, in an amazing setting. We will definitely be entering a team into next year’s event – Tora Churchill, Hockering FC
